📦 Destesi Inventory

One item, one identity, one number.

Inventory owns what you have and where it is. The products that sell it, make it or ship it all read the same count instead of keeping their own copy of it.

Describe what you hold and the assistant creates the items, the locations and the counts — you can also type them in yourself, or import a catalog.

How it works, in four steps

01
One catalog, one identity
An item is created once, here. Commerce and Relay point at that identity instead of keeping a second list that drifts from this one.
02
Stock where it actually is
Quantities live per location, so a count is a place and a number, not a single figure nobody can reconcile against a shelf.
03
Reservations before promises
A sale holds stock instead of hoping. What is reserved sits next to what is on hand, so nothing gets sold twice.
04
Every movement recorded
Receipts, transfers and adjustments are entries with a reason and a name — the ledger, not a number someone overwrote.

The one place an item exists

Items and variants
A group carries its sizes and colours as one row with a chip per variant, so a catalog reads like the rack instead of like a spreadsheet.
On hand, reserved, available
Three numbers per location, always shown together. Available is derived, never typed — which is why it can be trusted.
Labels and scannable codes
Print the same identity onto the physical box, so what someone scans on the floor is the row you are looking at.
Movements you can audit
Receipts, transfers, adjustments and returns, each with a reason and a name — the history that explains today’s count.
The rest of the suite reads it
Commerce sells against it and Relay consumes against it over HTTP. Neither keeps a local fallback: no Inventory means no live products.
An assistant that does the typing
Describe a delivery, a count or a transfer in words; it creates the items, the locations and the entries and shows you what it did.
